Overview
Quickflange™ revolutionises flange-to-pipe connections by providing a pioneering, permanent and mechanically robust alternative to traditional welding methods. Our system ensures rapid and safe installations without the need for hot work, presenting a cost-effective solution.
Quickflange™ technology at a glance
Experience the innovation of our weldless flange-to-pipe connection, featuring a modified standard ASME weld neck flange with patented internal grooves. The flange neck is machined down and grooves are precision-machined inside to seamlessly slide over the pipe end. The Quickflange™ connector, coupled with our specialised activation tool, ensures a swift and easy installation process.
Installation made easy
Upon isolating the line, achieve a seamless fit by making a straight cut for the Quickflange™ to sit flush against the pipe edge. Our hydraulic tool, aligned into the pipe, is activated to the required pressure. The tool’s quick extension flares the segments, swaging the pipe into the pre-machined grooves of the Quickflange™ connector. A simple reversal of the tool concludes the installation, creating a permanent gas-tight seal.
Versatile connectors for varied needs
Our connectors cater to a wide range of pipe sizes, pressure classes, and – most crucially – material types that can be challenging for traditional welding methods.
